Our stocktaking service includes a comprehensive stock report, produced on the day and complimented by an operations report featuring conclusions and action plan.

The same day stock report presents a detailed overview of your results, your Year to Date results, a detailed breakdown of the report and a full PLU taken from your in-house till information. This report will provide you with stockholding information, up to date cost prices, selling prices, consumption by individual product per stock period, Gross Profit and Yields overall and by product categories.

How We Maximise Your Profits

1. We Count

All food and liquor is counted, in all bars and storeroom areas to establish an accurate valuation. This becomes our starting point and any subsequent stocktakes will show a variance to the original count. At this stage spirits are checked for ABV strength and brand authenticity.

2. We Report

Following the count and spirit tests, your stocktaker will generate your report for you, on-site, the very same day. Your report consists of many reports and written summaries to help you visualise and understand what happened to your stock during the stock period.

3. We Coach

When your report is ready, your stocktaker will sit with your site manager and discuss the results and summary, pointing out action points, problems and opportunities so appropriate action can be taken in order to improve gross profit performance over the coming stock period.
