Wet & Dry Stocktaking

Our Detailed Liquor results are generated using industry leading procedures, created by stocktakers who are BII Accredited.

Firstly we conduct a full count of all your stock areas. We will check all your selling prices, from your price list and till reports. We will then process your results. Ideally we would need all your delivery notes accompanied by their invoices, your sales revenue, promotional and complimentary sales for the period and your itemised till sales report.

We will input all your purchases individually, and ensure your cost prices are in line with our records, we will enter your closing stocks and then input your in-house sales report so variances can be checked, verified and discussed with you.

Our stocktaker will produce an operations report, which includes an action plan with recommendations for the stock period going forward, you will receive a copy of this on the day.

How We Maximise Your Profits

1. We Count

All food and liquor is counted, in all bars and storeroom areas to establish an accurate valuation. This becomes our starting point and any subsequent stocktakes will show a variance to the original count. At this stage spirits are checked for ABV strength and brand authenticity.

2. We Report

Following the count and spirit tests, your stocktaker will generate your report for you, on-site, the very same day. Your report consists of many reports and written summaries to help you visualise and understand what happened to your stock during the stock period.

3. We Coach

When your report is ready, your stocktaker will sit with your site manager and discuss the results and summary, pointing out action points, problems and opportunities so appropriate action can be taken in order to improve gross profit performance over the coming stock period.
