Section 1 – Overall results which include details of Food revenue, Purchases, Gross Profit, Stockholding value and number of days at current revenue levels.
Section 2 – Is a complete listed inventory of all your food items on-site, with individual stock holding values and cost prices.
Section 3 – Is a comprehensive list of all your purchases, listed individually from your nominated suppliers throughout the period.
Section 4 – Your operations reports, summarising today’s result, listing any applied allowances, detailed conclusions and an individualised action plan for the period going forward.
