Upon implementation and introduction of Venners stocktaking services, you will be allocated an Account manager as well as a Regional Manager and Work Planning Manager. Your site staff will be sent induction packs featuring stocktake-specific guidance for all your personnel. Your Account Manager or Area Manager will visit your site or sites to confirm all your requirements and additionally answer any questions you may have.
Your stocktaker will complete a fully comprehensive report, with conclusions and action plans on each and every occasion. These will be produced and debriefed on the day of the stocktake, by your stocktaker, to yourself and your key personnel as required.
A review meeting will be available to you at intervals, specified by yourself, with your account manager. These meetings are an opportunity to talk through your results and discuss any key recommendations that we believe will benefit your business and improve its profits.
At your request, on-site training can be provided to your teams. Training can be one-off or an additional ongoing service. Implementing a strong programme of training will further improve your results and gross profit %.
