As a company, we are very aware that most businesses want stocktakes at the end of their accounting periods. With that in mind, we have the ability within our reporting suite to adjust back your stock results to the desired date of your choice.

The information we need from you to do this is already provided on a normal stocktake and will not increase any workload put onto you or your personnel.

How We Maximise Your Profits

1. We Count

All food and liquor is counted, in all bars and storeroom areas to establish an accurate valuation. This becomes our starting point and any subsequent stocktakes will show a variance to the original count. At this stage spirits are checked for ABV strength and brand authenticity.

2. We Report

Following the count and spirit tests, your stocktaker will generate your report for you, on-site, the very same day. Your report consists of many reports and written summaries to help you visualise and understand what happened to your stock during the stock period.

3. We Coach

When your report is ready, your stocktaker will sit with your site manager and discuss the results and summary, pointing out action points, problems and opportunities so appropriate action can be taken in order to improve gross profit performance over the coming stock period.
