ABV Testing on Spirits

Wet & Dry Stocktaking

All our stocktaking services include (Alcohol By Volume) ABV testing. During every stocktake our stocktakers will ABV test 3 spirits, normally 2 high volume lines and 1 slow moving line, to verify they have the prescribed alcohol content as advised on the bottles label.

This safeguards you against illegally serving spirits which have either been watered down or been affected by evaporation of alcohol. ABV tests are recorded and detailed in your stock report. These should form part of your Due Diligence records.

How We Maximise Your Profits

1. We Count

All food and liquor is counted, in all bars and storeroom areas to establish an accurate valuation. This becomes our starting point and any subsequent stocktakes will show a variance to the original count. At this stage spirits are checked for ABV strength and brand authenticity.

2. We Report

Following the count and spirit tests, your stocktaker will generate your report for you, on-site, the very same day. Your report consists of many reports and written summaries to help you visualise and understand what happened to your stock during the stock period.

3. We Coach

When your report is ready, your stocktaker will sit with your site manager and discuss the results and summary, pointing out action points, problems and opportunities so appropriate action can be taken in order to improve gross profit performance over the coming stock period.
