During the summer months, we often find ourselves stood in the middle of big muddy fields, wellies on, surrounded by thousands of revellers at some of our nation’s biggest and best festivals.
However we’re never there to dance. Rather we find ourselves accounting for stock, observing outlets and generally making sure that the festival’s food and beverage offering is operating as profitably as it can and should be.
Our experience of festivals takes in major music weekenders, food and drink festivals, proms, flower shows, Christmas fairs and markets. Best practice dictates that stocktaking should occur every day of an event to really maximise performance, and can be supplemented with more advanced forms of control such as Event Profit Control, which helps to maximise event revenue. Other forms of auditing are also beneficial for your events, and can even be legal requirements such as health and safety, food safety and fire risk assessments.
